I currently use the Grindclean coolant and it works as good as the Weinig Too cool but is better than the Weinig Rondo coolant. The Weinig Two cool and the Grindclean both have additives that prevent leaching of cobalt from grinding carbide (turns the water red). The Weinig Rondo cool does not have this additive to prevent leaching of cobalt.
This machine is equipped with a hydrailic package, steady rest, a two-level pallet system for the robot loader. A coolant tank is not included with this machine. 28/07/2020 · recently got a 5 gallon container of this stuff. it's already starting to slowly go bad (no floating particulate but a slightly acrid smell developing) i really don't do enough surface grinding to ever get through this pail so was contemplating using it as a cutting operation coolant on the other machines.

There are synthetic grinding coolants that are clear, although a blue or green color. It is nice to see your workpiece and they last longer in my experience. Waylube?
